Music Exec Jimmy "Henchman" Rosemond to Appeal

Music executive Jimmy Henchman Rosemond has appealed his sentencing. A website and social media account has been created for supporters & critics alike. Soon to be documentary will be released on the site as well.

Entertainment executive & former CEO of Czar Entertainment, Jimmy Rosemond has placed an application for an appeal. As the ‘Smarter Sentencing Act’ bill has gained traction in the United States, bill S502 will soon be voted on in the US Congress and can adversely effect sentencing guidelines. Widespread injustices has been a hot topic and President Barack Obama has been an advocate for prison reform.

NBC’s Today show aired an exclusive look of President Obama’s historic visit to El Reno federal prison as part of HBO special by VICE News. Rosemond’s appellate lawyer at Mayer Brown LLP Michael Rayfield remains optimistic and said, “We believe that there were serious problems with the manner in which Mr. Rosemond’s trial was conducted, and that the government failed to present sufficient evidence to secure a conviction.”

If you are neutral in situations of injustice, you have chosen the side of the oppressor. If an elephant has its foot on the tail of a mouse and you say that you are neutral, the mouse will not appreciate your neutrality.
